Our 13 000m2 facility at Macdonald Steel Pietermaritzburg is designed to streamline turnaround times for dispatches to your operation. We have a long-standing relationship with the construction, civil and structural engineering sectors, as well as the growing agri-industrial sector in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.

Our product range includes mild steel in rounds, squares, flats, angles, channels, beams, sheets, plates, reinforcing, roof sheeting and coils. The inland location of the KwaZulu-Natal capital also means that the Macdonald Steel Pietermaritzburg fleet can bring our expertise and broad product and service offerings further into rural South Africa.

Steel supplied by this division is used for construction in agricultural infrastructure, schools, hospitals, community facilities, as well as civil projects such as dams, bridges and roads.
