	Balan Pillay General Manager, Macdonald Steel Durban Seeing the company's potential early on, Balan has been taken on various strategic and management roles in the past 16 years. Credited with an MBA as well as streamlining management processes, Balan also oversees the integral administrative role played by Macdonald Steel Durban within the group.
	Shayne Moore General Manager, Macdonald Steel Pietermaritzburg A Pietermaritzburg local armed with a Diploma in Business and Marketing Management, Shayne understands the steel business in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands. He heads up the Pietermaritzburg division from their modern premises in Orhtmann Road, where he provides the invaluable link between coastal supply and hinterland demand.
	Aniel Vishnuduth General Manager, Macdonald Steel Gauteng A 23-year career spent perfecting the sale and running of his own business makes Aniel the perfect frontman for Macdonald Steel's inevitable expansion into Gauteng. Aniel sees massive potential for his division in Africa's richest city and he is looking forward to bringing the Macdonald Steel brand promise of experience and excellence to the Johannesburg market.
	Henry du Toit Branch Manager, Macdonald Steel Gauteng Henry began his 50 year steel industry career in 1961 with USCO; he then moved to Iscor (now Arcelor Mittal) and spent the last 28 years with Davsteel as Marketing Manager. In October last year, he joined Macdonald Steel Gauteng, where the challenge to build up this fledgeling branch was exciting and full of innovative opportunities. Henry feels that Gauteng has the potential to become the flagship of the group in the not too distant future.
	Leon Bence Managing Director, Dendustri South Africa A tool-maker by training, Leon sees solutions, not problems. He established this Richards Bay operation while working for Denel and now manages the constant demand for the aluminium stems required for the BHP Billiton Aluminium Smelters. The smelters nust remain operational 24/7, which means Leon works to exacting time and quality parameters.
	Ben Enslin General Manager, Dendustri Mozambique A qualified mechanical engineer, Ben worked with Dendustri in Richards Bay since the mid-90's before mapping, developing and finally accepting the Mozambique post in 2008. He has coupled his skills as a precision welder with years of product experience to run a tight operation out of the Belulane Industrial Free Zone, located 16km outside the capital city, Maputo.
	Kerry Gilder General Manager, Kholeka Truck Bodies Kerry has over 30 years experience building truck bodies in KwaZulu-Natal. From highly specialised units for brances of government to multi-funtional vehicles that have to run reliably, he has grown the division using his structural and mechaical engineering expertise.
	Sunil Muganpersad General Manager, Bambanini Pipes and Fittings Sunil is a registered mechanical engineer with a career history of improving quality and processes wherever he works. He has gained experience in manufacturing from industry leaders such as Sasol, Unilever, Murray & Roberts and Hall Langmore. Sunil joined the group during 2010 and plans to spring-board off short term infrastructural development; while taking the Bambanani brand to new heights.
